How troublesome...

Mother and father had warned me about the news, but I had not thought I would hear of it so close! To know our area has become filled with more violence -- it's a little unsettling. Even walking to school seems more daunting!



It's a shame. It had always been so quiet.

It would cause trouble, wouldn't it? Even if it required discretion, you would somehow be found out. Besides, it would a be little difficult to explain to those around you, right?

That's a point. Perhaps there's some sort of middle ground? Between being inconvenienced by them and kicking up too much fuss?
